The study sought to compare the perceptions of the school superintendents and vocational teachers on supervisory functions performed and techniques used by the vocational teachers. Two hundred fifty-six respondents were surveyed, 64 of whom were school superintendents and 192 were vocational teachers from three school sizes: large, medium, and small. The T-test was used to test equality between mean of each variable. Analysis of variance and Scheffe's statistical analysis were also used to assess the mean of each school sizes of each variables. Findings showed that most supervisory functions and techniques, perceptions of the school superintendents and did not significantly differ. School superintendents and vocational teachers of the three schools did not significantly differ in their perceptions on supervisory functions and techniques. There were significant differences between supervisory functions perceived as actually performed and those that ought to be performed as well as of techniques actually used and their degree of helpfulness.
