The study has three main objectives : (1) to determine the quality of the teacher education program of the BVE as perceived by students, instructors, critic teachers and selected administrators and supervisors based on some selected factors; (2) to determine which of the selected factors used in the evaluation of the quality of the teacher education program most of the four groups of respondents agree or disagree on as decisively affecting the quality of the program; and (3) to derive some policy implications from the results of this study for the improvement of the teacher education program of the Bureau of Vocational Education.
