The reproductive and performance testing records of 2131, 5718 and 6378 progenies representing 365, 872 and 944 dams and 101, 167 and 194 sires of Duroc, Large white and Langrace breeds, respectively were used in this study. Data collected at Holiday Hills Stock and Breeding (HHSBF) in San Pedro, Laguna, Philippines from January, 1989 to December 1994 were used to estimate phenotypic, genetic and economic parameters and applied indevelopment of selection indices. The least square method in a nested classfication with unequal subclass numbers was used to estimate the components of variance. Heritability estimates were obtained from the components of variance by paternal half-sib correlations. Genetic correlations were computed from the sire component of variance and covariance.
