Title: A study on the causes, changes and their immediate effects on two institutions under the Dehasen Foundation

This study was conducted to observe the organizational change of Dehasen Foundation which controls 7 institutions namely the STMIK Dehasen, STMIK Dehasen, AKPER Karya Husada, ATP, LPTK, LPKP and LKD. These institutions were all located in Bengkulu Province, Indonesia. The Objectives of the study were to: 1) determine the factors which lead to the change, 2) describe the changes in the organization and their impacts on the management style; the employees and the students, 3) identify the problems related to the changes, and 4) to recommend measures to improve the performance of Dehasen Foundation.
