Three experiments were conducted to determine and evaluate the nitrogen fixing capacity of some leguminous green manure crops for wetland rice. The legumes studied were Sesbania rostrata, S. sesban, Crotoloria juncea and Vigna unguculata L. Walp (variety Vita 3).
