Title: Loan repayment and technical assistance among Masagana 99 farmers in Bulacan, 1974-75

The study conducted to: 1) pinpoint and analyze some possible factors that may affect repayment of Masagana 99 rice production loans; 2) measure the degree by which these factors may affect loan repayment; 3) isolate and discuss the relatively atrong determinants from among these factors; 4) evaluate the technical competence of Masagana 99 technicians; and 5) analyze the policy implications and formulate suggestions to improve Masagana 99 loan repayments and technical assistance.
