The field study was conducted to determine the results of organizational development (OD) of Agriculture Department Office (ADO). The institution was located in Banyumas Regency, Central Java, Indonesia. The specific objectives of the study were to: 1) assess the performance of the organization before OD and after OD: 2) to describe the environment and assess the factors that lead to OD, 3) describe the changes brought about by the OD; and 4) evaluate the kind of services and programs delivered by the office before and after OD.
