The university should motivate the academics to pursue further studies. For academics who have already taken advanced degrees, the university should provide additional educational programs such as seminars, trainings, and others to enhance their capabilities and competencies. The university should support male and female academics to develop their skills by encouraging them to attend trainings, workshops, time management seminars, supervisory seminars and others. These skills are need for future challenges.
