Germplasm collections in genebank repositories remain of less value unless characterized and evaluated for their range of variability and what they could offer for research and other uses. This study aimed to estimate the magnitude of genetic diversity within the Philippine mungbean germplasm using morpho-agronomic and AFLP (Amplified Fragment Length Polymorphism) characterization data.
