The human resource is Southeast Asia's most potent force for progress. Since it's establishment in 1966, the SEAMEO Regional Center for Graduate Study and Research in Agriculture (SEARCA) has firmly believed in the vast and awesome potential for this resource. In its past 30 years of existence, SEARCA has conducted activities that would enable it to meet its goals of developing high-level manpower in agriculture in the region; promoting, undertaking, and coordinating research in agriculture and related areas; and disseminating the findings of agricultural research and experimentation.
