Summary : Session I and II lecture on "Current Update of Higher Education in the Member Countries". SEAMEO RIHED realizes the need to create a forum to disseminate and share information as well as facilitate the continuing dialog on this important phenomena. By using the opportunity to organize a regional seminar to update the situation of higher education in the region by requesting SEAMEO RIHED board members who are indedd an expert on this particular issue to serve as a speaker on this important topic. Presentation and discussion on current updates in nine countries in Southeast Asia: Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam.
