There is no significant difference in the seed quality based on the potential viability of the seeds taken from the cut and uncut leaves. The seeds from the cut trees have a better growing vigor. The seeds taken from the bottom part of fruit have a better growth rate. A higher content of NPK is produced in the top part of the fruit taken from the cut trees. An increased number of branches can reduce fruit set, seed set and number of seeds per fruit, and the production of seeds on the secondary and tertiary branches is lower than that of the primary branch. An increased number of branches does not reduce the viability of resulted seeds. the growth vigor in terms of the growth rate as a result of branching treatment indicates no significant difference, but based on the parameter of T50, an increased number of branches can reduce the growth rate of resulted seeds. There seems to be no effect of branching number on the content of P fitin in the papaya seeds.
