The objectives of the study were : (1) to study the Agrarian Reform Education Program for the farmers; (2) to ascertain the educational effects of agrarian reform on the farmer-beneficiaries withregard to certain farming practices, participation in community development programs and social factors; (3) to evaluate the farmer-beneficiaries' perceptions of the implementation of major component programsof agrarian reform; (4) to determine the relationship between educational effects and personal characteristics of farmer-beneficiaries. The study involved 200 farmer-beneficiaries from four municipalities of Nueva Ecija: Lupao, Muñoz, Guimba, and Talavera.
