Summary : A study using ninety-four, 20 kg weanling pigs and consisting of 24 Landrace, 24 Large White, 22 Triple crossbreds of commercial strain x Large White x LAndrace (CS x LW x LD) combination and 24 Triple crossbreds of commercial strain x Large White x Duroc Jersey (CS x LW x DJ) combination was undertaken to determine the main and interaction effects of four animal genotype, two levels of dietary metabolizable energy (3200 and 2800 kcal ME/kg) and three levels of dietary crude protein on the productive performance, hematological parameters, physiological responses, morpho-histological changes of selected endocrine and visceral organs, carcass characteristics and physico-biochemical changes in the muscle of experimental animals. The data were analyzed using 4 x 2 x 3 factorial in randomized complete block design with four replications.
