Summary : This study primarily aimed to determine the communication and organizational variables that affect inter-organizational collaboration in the fisheries development project in Cambodia. The specific objectives of the study were to: 1) determine the major actors of inter-organizational communication and collaboration in the fisheries development project, 2) identify the communication variables that affect the level of inter-organizational collaboration between the Department of Fisheries and NGOs involved in the Cambodian fisheries development project, 3) determine the level of inter-organizational collaboration, and 4) determine the relationship of communication and inter-organizational collaboration.
