Summary : This study primarily aimed to determine the factors that influenced the AIT project in achieving its specific objectives and goal. The specific objectives of the study were: 1) to describe the AIT Aquaculture Oureach Program in term of its objectives, goals and strategies, 2) to determine the existing management and organization practices employed in the AIT project, 3) to determine the factors (socio-demography, management and organization, and beneficiary factors) that influenced the attainment of AIT project's goals, 4) to identify the problems in the management of the project, and 5) to recommend possible solution.
