Summary : The general objective of the study was to find out the knowledge competency level determinants of students in mango nursery and orchard management. the study was conceptualized to determine the association between the students' personal factors, school factors, and teachers demographic characteristics with knowledge competency level. The knowledge competency level of agriculture students was found to be generally low in mango nursery and orchard management. The students personal factors such as age, year level, entreprenuerial quotient, and motivation by practical training as an element learning style were significantly and positively associated while the types of multiple intelligence and sex found not significantly associated with knowledge competency level in mango nursery and orchard management. Teachers' demographic characteristics were not significantly associated to knowledge competency level.
