Summary : The 8th APEAEN International Conference was held on 18–21 October 2023 at SEARCA Headquarters in Los Baños, Laguna, Philippines. The conference comprised of an opening program on the first day, three plenary sessions and six parallel sessions spread throughout  day 1 to day 3, four workshops in the morning and a campus tour of the University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB) in the afternoon of day 3, and a post-conference tour at the Society of the Divine Word (SVD) farm in Tagaytay and at the Agri-Ecotourism Farm in Cavite State University (CvSU) on Day 4. Ninety professionals from various international and national higher education institutions, research and other government agencies, and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) participated in the conference.
